What we cannot do — and who can
We cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. Use the manage-booking link in your confirmation email or contact the booking provider through its app, account or support channel.
We cannot change ticket dates, names or availability, reissue tickets, confirm entry, or contact an operator for you. Your voucher and booking provider are the right route for these requests.

Check your confirmation email first. It usually includes your booking reference, voucher and a link to manage the booking. If you booked through an attraction or tour operator, contact that seller directly.
